We're not very happy to have committed to a complete new heating and air unit; however, after we give up a few scheduled Leisure Cruises, everyting will fall back in place. The main reason for this correspondence is to commend the performance and the work ethics displayed by Randy and Eric during the entire installation of both units. It has been almost six months since your firm installed the Carrier systems in our hom. We apologize in taking this lone to do such a pleasant task. That is to thank you for being the best. Janet and I have been very fortunate to usually meet and deal with only the best. Everyone treated us with courtesy and respect and they were most thoughtful in the way they conducted themselves. They cleaned-up their mess and got the job done in an expeditious manner. Life on the Point is wonderful. Living on Sandview Drive and having good neighbors make it even better.
